MODERN HOUSE DESIGN TWO

The Sculptural Pulse of the European City
MODERN HOUSE DESIGN TWO:
The Sculptural Pulse of the European City

DESCRIPTION

Modern House Design Two is not just an infill project; it is a lesson in urban acupuncture. Designed for the dense fabric of a developing European metropolis, this project transforms a complex, constrained corner plot into a fluid architectural statement. It is where high-density living meets high-end aesthetics.

The Vision: Fluid Geometry
The building rejects the rigidity of the traditional block. It is a multi-level accent structure rising to 9 stories, defined by its sculptural plasticity:
  • The Streamline Effect: The architecture features rounded corners and flowing horizontal lines of white composite panels, creating a dynamic contrast against the dark glazing.
  • The Floating Base: The massive volume appears to hover above the street, supported by striking V-shaped columns that open up the ground level to the city.
Engineering Mastery & Transparency
The project utilizes a structural frame system that liberates the façade from load-bearing duties, allowing for "Absolute Transparency."
  • The Façade: A ventilated system combining high-tech composite cladding with independent panoramic glazing ensures energy efficiency and a sleek, modern look.
  • The Double-Light Volumes: Unique double-height spaces with continuous glazing break the visual rhythm, creating grand halls for public functions that flood the interior with natural light.
The Ecosystem: A 30% Public Core
This complex is designed as a hybrid organism where private life and public activity coexist in perfect balance:
  • The Residential Tier: Hosting 80 apartments with a total area of 6,000 m², the residential levels offer "free layout" freedom and deep, integrated loggias for every unit.
  • The Social Hub: A staggering 30% of the useful area (2,500 m²) is dedicated to public functions. Multi-functional halls, retail spaces, and dining venues activate the building from within.
  • The Underground Engine: A hidden multi-level base creates a seamless logistical hub for parking, technical support, and service delivery, keeping the surface clear for people.
Strategic Impact: Urban Revitalization
Modern House Design Two sets a precedent for building in tight urban conditions. It proves that density does not require sacrificing quality. By integrating vast public spaces and iconic design, it acts as a catalyst for the modernization of the entire district.

"We approached this tight corner not as a constraint, but as an opportunity to create movement. With its floating base and fluid lines, Modern House Design Two doesn't just sit on the street; it dances with the city."
