DESCRIPTION
Corner multi-level sectional accent building of a mid-rise with a maximum height of up to 9 floors.
A unique project designed for a promising urban quarter residential development in the difficult cramped conditions of a developing European city.
The building provides multi-level double-height spaces for built-in public premises in the form of multifunctional halls with solid glazing of the facade. Thanks to the constructive frame system, the facades of the residential areas have independent free glazing, ventilated hinged cladding with composite panels, spacious built-in balcony niches - loggias.
Below ground level, underground floors are planned for the technical support and parking of the residents' cars, for the maintenance of built-in public spaces, the commercial function and catering establishments.
The complex has a total of up to 80 open-plan apartments with a total living area of 6,000 m2. Built-in public multifunctional premises occupy up to 30% of the usable area - 2500 m2 in total.
