DESCRIPTION
The multi-storey building of 22 floors for the dominant and accentuated development of the residential quarter continues the design style of the CYBER series.
The projected complex with a free planning structure is organically integrated into the architectural ensemble and the system of already formed city streets due to the non-standard space-planning solution, the dynamics of facades and silhouette. Expressive compositional architectural techniques combined with modern high-quality materials and a high level of workmanship make a stunning impression – the house becomes a decoration of the city.
The project also involves the implementation of energy-saving technologies and the principles of green architecture, which include a modern approach to the accessibility and improvement of public spaces, their integration into the structure of the complex (including enterprises in the service sector, communications, education, culture, medicine, sports and entertainment).
