DESCRIPTION
The complex consists of two buildings — 18-storey monolithic brick «towers». The supporting structure of the «towers» is a frame in monolithic structures with longitudinal and transverse crossbars, rigidly connected to columns and walls. The choice of construction of the ground and first floors was largely influenced by complex hydrogeological conditions — both floors are made in monolith. To insulate the façade various technologies were used: a ventilated facade with ceramic granite, and where loggias and balconies are concentrated on the outer surface of the walls plaster facades are made with insulation.
The project provides bright, ergonomic 1, 2, 3-room apartments and studio apartments. Apartment sizes are from 25.7 to 91.3 sq m.
On the territory of the house outdoor parking, recreation areas for children and adults, sidewalks, lawns are designed. Built-in office and commercial premises will be located on the first two floors.
