This project is not merely a country residence; it is a manifesto of modern private living. Designed for the discerning few, this 750-square-meter estate transcends traditional cottage architecture, offering a pristine balance between high-tech precision and natural harmony. It is architecture as a personal sanctuary.
The Vision: Structured Freedom
The residence is a masterclass in volumetric composition. It rejects the chaos of the outside world in favor of clear lines and logic:
Rising as a U-shaped fortress of comfort, the building’s footprint is engineered to protect.
The core of the residence is the private courtyard, designed as an exclusive leisure zone:
· The Water Mirror: A central swimming pool stretches across the courtyard, reflecting the sky and the architecture.
· The Connection: A graceful bridge spans the water, physically and symbolically connecting different wings of the house—a pathway between active living and relaxation.
