The masterplan defines residential blocks, public parks, pedestrian networks, and vehicular access routes at a scale appropriate to the Yekaterinburg urban grid. Building orientations are calibrated for solar access — critical at 56°N latitude — and prevailing wind patterns are used to locate green corridors that channel clean air through the district.
