NATIONAL UNITY SQARE

NATIONAL UNITY SQUARE: A Sovereign Masterplan

A Sovereign Masterplan

National Unity Square is a monumental urban ecosystem for Dushanbe. Viewed from the sky, the complex reveals the geometry of the State Emblem of Tajikistan - a civic signal rendered as architecture.

The Dominant: Samani Tower

At the heart of the project stands Samani Tower, an ultra-modern 254-meter skyscraper. Its form interprets King Samani's eight-pointed crown and scepter.

  • 254 meters - the tallest landmark in the republic.
  • 162,000 sq m of premium hospitality and business infrastructure.
  • A central scepter rising from a covered courtyard and grand atrium.

Expoforum: The Peaks of Innovation

Three exhibition pavilions flank the central plaza as a tribute to the Pamir Mountains.

  • Three sculptural volumes symbolize Tajikistan's snow-capped peaks.
  • 40,000 sq m of versatile space for summits, congresses, and Tier-1 exhibitions.
  • A 56,000 sq m entrance plaza beneath an open-book canopy.

Residential Enclave: The Seven Stars

Seven autonomous residential buildings are arranged in a five-pointed star formation. Each building represents one of the seven historical and cultural regions of Tajikistan.

Infrastructure and Green Urbanism

Terraced retail and technical buildings form the emblem's garland, with three underground levels, a glass-roofed above-ground floor, rooftop gardens, skylights, fountains, and a central oasis.

Strategic Vision

The project is positioned as an investment magnet: a destination of global significance and a visual manifesto for Tajikistan's ambitions.
