Traditional real estate is a legacy system — dependent on municipal grids and institutions the owner cannot control. CyberVillage is a fundamental reimagining of human shelter, designed from first principles.
50 sovereign residences across 124 acres of the Texas Hill Country. Each home generates its own energy, filters its own air and water, and runs its own security and intelligence layer. The grid is optional. The outside world is optional.
Technology
Tesla Solar Roof and Megapack storage deliver 1.5–2.0 MW per cluster with up to 45 days of full off-grid autonomy. Starlink provides unjammable, non- territorial connectivity. The architecture is natively compatible with Tesla Optimus robotics — no thresholds, no bottlenecks. Dojo-trained AI manages security and climate telemetry in real time.
Interiors hold acoustic levels below 25 dB. Air filtration maintains PM2.5 under 5 µg/m³. Water is produced on-site via atmospheric extraction.
