(Republic of Djibouti)

Create an infrastructure hub to redirect East Africa's investment flows.

  • Scale:
43 stories, approximately 830 ft tall (the tallest cultural and business complex in the region).

  • Status:
Officially designated by the President of Djibouti as a "National Project."

  • Manifesto:
The world's first skyscraper complex whose geometry reproduces the country's national coat of arms.

National Unity Square & Samani Tower
(Tajikistan)
  • Scale:
Approximately 2.1 million sq ft of development. The central landmark is Samani Tower, roughly 833 ft tall (the tallest building in the republic).

  • Manifesto:
A signal of sovereignty. From the air, the geometry of the entire ensemble precisely reproduces the State Coat of Arms of Tajikistan.

  • Conceptual Foundation:
An ultramodern interpretation of the eight-pointed crown and scepter of King Samani — uniting royal history with futuristic engineering.

Holder of a Master's degree in Architecture and a Master's degree in Economics, with additional training in sports medicine and physiology. This combination allows Lex to design simultaneously across three dimensions:
