The house is organized as a low, sprawling volume with two wings — living and sleeping — and a service pavilion, connected by through-glass links that frame garden views. The roof lines alternate between flat sections and gentle slopes, creating a dynamic silhouette and avoiding the static image of a single “box.” Deep enclosed terraces bring the living areas out to the outdoors, blurring the boundaries between house and garden.
Materials
The space is divided into formal and natural zones — a structured courtyard space between the wings and a meadow behind them. Trees are preserved, new plantings follow a natural rhythm. The terrace on the south side ensures comfortable sun access, and paving stones highlight the yard’s geometry. Galleries and balconies create visual contact with the evening and daytime forest scenery.
