A residential development concept in the Urban Planning Line — designed for the territory surrounding the Arena stadium in Samara. "Arena Park" reprogrammes the stadium's periphery from parking lots and service roads into a living neighbourhood that draws energy from the arena while maintaining the calm and environmental quality of a residential district.

Urban Strategy
The concept organizes the territory as a series of residential blocks arranged around a central park that connects the stadium to the river. Building heights step down from the arena outward, creating a transition from the monumental scale of the stadium to the domestic scale of housing. Ground floors are activated with retail, cafés, and community facilities. Vehicular traffic is routed to the perimeter; the interior is pedestrian-first.

Environmental Systems — District Integration

• Building-by-building BIO-CIRCUIT specification for all residential blocks where feasible.
• District-wide air quality management: urban forest corridors, green roofs, and street-level filtration.
