The multi-tiered structure consists of functional zones — a primary living wing, a private sleeping area, and a dedicated service section. They are connected by glazed galleries offering panoramic views of the grounds and the river. The intricate multi-level roofline creates a dynamic presence, while expansive terraces and balconies blur the boundaries between indoor spaces and nature.
