A general education school in the Institutional Line — Wizhevsky & Partners' design line for public and educational buildings where the bureau's BIO-CIRCUIT principles are applied to the environments where they matter most: the spaces where children grow, learn, and develop. A school building is, by definition, a performance-optimization environment.

Architecture

The building is composed as a series of interconnected pavilions organized around shared outdoor courtyards — breaking the institutional mass into a human-scaled village of learning. Each wing houses a distinct educational cluster (primary, middle, senior), with shared facilities — sports hall, auditorium, library, dining — at the heart of the plan. The facades are articulated with colored panels and varied fenestration rhythms that give each cluster a distinct identity while maintaining a unified architectural language.

BIO-CIRCUIT Systems — Cognitive Performance

— Classroom-by-classroom air handling maintaining CO₂ below 800 ppm and PM 2.5 under 5 µg/m³ — essential for maintaining focus and cognitive performance in growing minds.
— Tunable circadian lighting in every classroom, shifting from activating cool-white (5000 K) in morning hours to calming warm-white (3000 K) in afternoon, supporting natural attention rhythms.
— Acoustic design: every classroom rated to achieve background noise levels below 35 dBA, reducing cognitive load.
  • — Multi-stage water filtration at every drinking point.
