A private residence in the Modern Line — Wizhevsky & Partners' design line for contemporary homes that combine restrained architectural geometry with volumetric clarity. Modern House demonstrates that true modernism is the disciplined subordination of every element to the logic of light, proportion, and material honesty.
Architecture
The composition is organized around interlocking rectangular volumes of variable height, each defined by clean horizontal planes and precisely calibrated fenestration. The silhouette reads as a sequence of stacked and shifted boxes — a rhythmic interplay of solid and void that creates depth without ornament. Flat roofs establish a strong horizontal datum, grounding the house against the sky.

Modern Line residences integrate the bureau's BIO-CIRCUIT Architecture specification — tunable circadian lighting (supporting focus during work hours, relaxation in evening), medical-grade air handling (reducing allergens and cognitive load), multi-stage water filtration, acoustic-rated sleeping rooms (background noise <30 dBA), and a dedicated lower-level recovery suite. All systems are concealed behind the clean surfaces that define the line's aesthetic.
