CRONOTURISMO CENTRO

Unique project ultra-protected luxury house with a bunker inside
Chronoturismo:
The Immersive Heritage & Future Park-Resort

The project reimagines the very concept of time, offering a new standard in immersive hospitality. A large-scale architectural experiment unfolds across 50 acres of pristine landscape. The complex erases the boundaries between historical reconstruction and technological forecasting, forming three simultaneous realities across 10 thematic zones. Here, time acquires physical density.
The Concept of Immersion Chronoturismo Centro offers guests more than a mere collection of locations; it delivers a tightly choreographed spatial odyssey. The complex is designed as a physical interface for transit between eras. Every step through the territory is an act of exploration, guiding residents from a primal connection with nature to technological singularity. Ten chrono-zones are integrated into a seamless scenario of transformation.
Architectural Structure and Logistics The property inventory comprises 451 keys, conceptually divided into two polar types of spatial perception:
  • Main Building: The monumental core of the project. It serves as the central hub, uniting all the complex's clusters into a single, flawlessly functioning logistical chain.
  • Villas of Times: A decentralized experience of absolute privacy. The inventory includes autonomous, futuristic Cyberhouse modules and authentic Mayan-era residences. The villas are delicately integrated into the tropical jungle. Robotic service and concealed smart home systems ensure total environmental control with zero visible staff presence.
Gastronomic Navigation The restaurant infrastructure is designed as a conceptual extension of the architecture, where each venue serves as a portal to a specific era:
  • Grand Hub: The primary gastronomic space featuring an international concept.
  • Signature Restaurants (2 locations): A la carte haute cuisine venues offering a deep gustatory immersion into the historical context.
  • Concept Bars (3 locations): Mixology laboratories. The menu is built on contrast, ranging from fermented nectars based on recovered ancient recipes to high-tech beverages of the future.
  • Transit Points (2 locations): Quick-access dining stations designed to maintain the pace between expeditions across the park.
Zero-Footprint Engineering and ESG Integration Sustainable development within Chronoturismo Centro is not a marketing add-on; it is hardwired into the architectural DNA of the project. Recognizing the fragility of the Yucatan ecosystem, we implement strict protocols for minimal landscape intervention.
