A specialized music college in the Institutional Line — designed for the unique acoustical and spatial demands of musical education. The building is, at its core, an instrument: every room is tuned, every surface is calculated, every transition between sound and silence is engineered.
ArchitectureThe building is composed as a formal cultural institution — a symmetrical front elevation with a clearly defined entrance, generous public foyer, and a sequence of performance and rehearsal spaces organized by acoustic requirement. Concert halls, recital rooms, and practice studios are grouped in a gradient from public to private, loud to silent. The facade language is dignified and restrained — appropriate to a building that carries a composer's name.
BIO-CIRCUIT Systems — Acoustic Excellence— Concert-hall-grade acoustic engineering: variable reverberation, floating floors, isolated wall assemblies, and mechanical system noise floors below 20 dBA in performance spaces.
— Medical-grade air handling calibrated for quiet operation — HVAC noise does not intrude on musical performance.
— Circadian lighting in practice and study rooms, supporting extended rehearsal schedules without fatigue.
- — Humidity-controlled instrument storage rooms.
